Day 3: CRYPT CUZ! Okay, no, but we visited the underground crypts. I was expecting hidden graves and preserved corpses, but all that was there was an underground tunnel with a million miles to promenade. Of course the bajillion skulls and femur bones alongside the walls were awesome. The pictures of the skeletons are what the crypts used to look like. They are the skeletons of the “Innocent” and I guess wanted their bodies posted up on the block like so? It had been raining that day, so the ceilings were dripping, something a city girl was not very happy about.
